Official Agreement for FastCopies Services
This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000.
01 Agreement to Terms
By accessing FastCopies (the "Website/App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our printing, binding, and delivery services. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.
02 Payments & Financial Obligations
- Authorized Gateways: All payments are processed via PhonePe Private Limited or other authorized payment aggregators.
- Transaction Security: We do not store your credit/debit card or UPI PIN details. All data is encrypted at the gateway level.
- Pricing: The final price displayed at checkout includes service fees and applicable taxes. Dealers may have custom pricing assigned by the admin.
03 Cancellation & Refunds
Since our products are custom-printed documents based on your specific uploads:
- No Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once the payment is successful as the printing process is automated.
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only initiated if a double payment occurs for the same Transaction ID or if the service is rejected by the merchant.
- Refund Timeline: Eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment source.
04 Shipping & Delivery
FastCopies operates on a local campus-delivery model. Orders placed before 8:00 PM IST are typically delivered on the Next Working Day. Deliveries are not processed on Sundays or Gazetted Holidays. We are not liable for delays caused by restricted access to campus locations.
05 User Content & Copyright
The user retains ownership of uploaded files. However, by uploading, you grant FastCopies the right to process and print the content. You must ensure you hold the legal copyright for all materials. Printing of prohibited/illegal documents is strictly forbidden.
06 Limitation of Liability
FastCopies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or any technical glitches during the payment process.
